Librarian Ramchandran International Institute of Management in Pune, constantly proved excellence in Library Field & Research and all academic work. I started her career in the year 2006 and having 15 years of experience in Library filed. published 16 Research Papers in Reputed Journal, 11 National Conference and 6 International Conference Published Research Paper. Attended 4 FDP, 7 workshops, 12 National conference and 4 International Conference. I am acting as an Editorial board member in various reputed journals and as well as Chief Editor in Library Science Journal. I received 12 National Award. I am Life Member of 4 Library Association and 3 Life Member of other Academic and Research Association.
