I have served different organizations on various positions with.25 years of experience in teaching training and research. I have done my Doctorate in Educational sciences from BU Bhopal and my International Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from NCERT and COL..
I have been awarded multiple awards including best Director, Best Mentor Best Educational Leader ,Best Researcher and outstanding mentor and many more with 3oo Research papers publications and five book . As a registered research guide I have guided and awarded 10 candidates for their doctoral degree. I am also served as resource person and subject expert for NCERT, NCTE.NCS , NEP, and ICSC And board of study member of different Universities. My immediate goal is to share my knowledge and experience with fellow academician and students and my long term goal is to create academic talent pool of the experts to make India a reservoir of the knowledge.
