⭐I’m Tamali Majumder from Kolkata. By Education, I’m an MBA in HR and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Management. From childhood I always wanted to be a good cook, cooking was always my first preference. But my parents had some other plan for me, they wanted me to work in the healthcare industry, so I did my BHM and worked for almost 10 years in hospitals. After that long tenure of my work I wanted to take a break and concentrated on my personal life and I did so. I got married and presently I’m a mother of Ranish and Reyansh (My two sons). But I couldn’t get back to my work again. 🔸Someday I found myself as a full homemaker, my all-time is occupied by my family, then I realise I’m not this, I should find some me-time too. Then I get back to my passion, I started cooking and experimenting with new ingredients for new recipes, participating in different cooking contests all over India. and now I made this my profession too. 🔸Presently, I’m a Community Entrepreneur, Home Chef. I am a Founder of Facebook group, and with my team I have almost 16K followers and my personal Instagram (ami.tamali) profile contains 25k followers and also I’m a BOI registered creator On Facebook and Instagram. And I have Successfully Completed (With 93.3% Marks) the Course on Conquering International Curries & The Curry Business by Chef Kunal Kapur. 🔸In my cooking journey, I have won some special awards like the title of “ Home Master Chef 2021 ” judged by Mr. Ranveer Brar, the Celebrity chef. And win another “HOME CHEF” award From a Kunal Vijayakar. In my bucket, I also have the winner certificates and trophies from companies like Mc Cain, Maggi, Amul, Starbucks, Ching’s, and Milkmaid And verious chef award. 🔸As I mentioned before, I run a Facebook group By the name of Blissful meals of Secret Taste from July 2021. Within this one year, we have completed almost 16k members and followers on Facebook. Not only that we have worked with so many companies (NESTLE, SUNRISE, Aashirvaad Svasti,AJANTA FOOD PRODUCT, RECIPEAT, VARIOUS CHEF CONTEST, MCCAIN, etc.) for cooking contests. Every month er run a minimum of 3-4 competitions for our group, as a result, our group engagement is always so high. 🔸My main motto is to give a nice platform to our home chefs and to spread our variety of food worldwide. As of now I have successfully organized & Completed sponsor competitions in collaboration with renowned companies With my Team. We look forward to many more such offline ventures in near future.
