I am a seasoned administrator with more than ‘Twenty two years’ of experience‘ in Education sector, Eight’ years of Administrative experience including ‘Two’ years as a Principal in a leading CBSE school in Bhubaneswar and ‘Twenty years’ of teaching as PGT (Chemistry) in CBSE schools of great repute across the country. Having pioneered Adolescent education programmes (AEP) in CBSE based schools in the NCR(National Capital Territory) and introduced ‘Technology enhanced classrooms’ in schools, I have worked in various administrative capacities for maximizing student learning experience through staff development, curriculum design and have provided a strong competent administrative leadership for all stakeholders. I am a Co-author to the’ School Health-Teacher’s Activity Manual’ Vol-1, 2, 3, and 4 published by CBSE, NewDelhi. Having held various administrative posts like Principal, Teacher Incharge /REP, Senior school Coordinator, Exam-Incharge, Head of the Department etc.. in different CBSE schools of immense repute, I believe in instilling confidence in creating an enriching and safe environment in school that promotes effective learning among stakeholders. I have an impeccable record in planning, programming and execution of goals for school development which holds me in good stead today.

1. Co-author to the “School Health-Teacher’s activity Manual; Vol – 1, Vol-2, Vol-3 and Vol- 4” published by CBSE, New Delhi. The book is used in all the CBSE affiliated schools throughout India since 2009 as a Reference book by CBSE for the teachers to inculcate safety, physical fitness, health and hygiene and addressing adolescent issues. 2. Twenty two years experience in CBSE schools of great repute; well conversant with CBSE curriculum, pedagogies and providing an effective leadership. 3. Awarded” Best Principal” award by the Odisha Parents Association Forum, Bhubaneswar. 4. Awarded “Best Principal of the District” by World Health and Education Service, Bhubaneswar. 5. Supervising and mentoring teachers from Kindergarten through Twelfth grade, Curriculum transaction and proven ability to develop and implement program objectives with diverse populations 4. Conducted Capacity Building programmes and In-service training for teachers. 5. Engaged in community relations, carried the articulation of school’s curriculum, vision, and mission. 6. Has worked on Adolescence Education Programme (AEP) by CBSE in collaboration with National Progressive schools conference (NPSC) and VIMHANS (NewDelhi) with various teachers and principals of NCR .
