Ms.S.Poornima is working as an Assistant Professor of English in Trinity College, Tamilnadu. She is a Poet, Short story writer, Editor, Orator and world record holder. She is the creative writer of writing poems, short stories and slogans on various themes. She set 7 World records based on literary activities. She is the award recipient of Academic Excellence, Bharat Bhusan, Rashtriy Samaj Seva Ratna, Best Faculty, Lirerary Excellence etc. She won cash prizes from TN Governor for winning first prize in poetry and second prize in slogan writing in SVEEP competitions conducted by Tamilnadu Government and also she won cash prizes for Tamil Articles and appreciation certificates for Tamil Poetry and Short stories also. She is the chief editor of 4 ISBN books and one of the editorial members of the creative launcher journal. She has published more than 10 articles in ISSN journals and presented as well as published more than 20 papers in national and international level seminars and conferences. She has organised so many programs, recently she has organised all India level two week faculty development program from July 1 to 14, 2021.This is the first initiative in India to gather all the 28 states' speaker in an educational program. She is an international project coordinator SMALL 4 U. SMALL stands for Social Media Assistant Language Learning and Resource person of UNESCO project Cyberwellness 4 U. Her motto in her life is, 'The way you live is the way you can lead!'
