Hello all. My name is Shwetha Jayanth. I am basically from Mysore, residing in Bangalore. I was a national level Gymnastic player and I'm an athlete. I am a state champ in running and long jump. I have almost 500 prizes and certificates to my credits. My Gymnastic journey started since I was 6 year old.
Currently I am a Certified Yoga Instructor & Face Yoga Expert. I am the founder of FIT YOGIC. I do conduct online yoga fitness classes and workshops. My expertise are Group Yoga, Face Yoga, Kids Yoga, Senior Yoga, Pre&Post Natal Yoga, Power Yoga, Mindful Meditation, Corporate Yoga.
I have my complete family support in terms of teaching yoga. My husband Jayanth Kothapalli takes care of our kid Isha and hence it was less challenging for me to be a mompreneur.
